BuildNook Hub is operated by Abbas. Because users rely on BuildNook Hub to make purchasing decisions involving hundreds or thousands of dollars of non-returnable materials (such as ready-mix concrete pours or gravel deliveries), mathematical accuracy is paramount.

Any error in formulas, rounding logic, unit conversions, or typical density defaults is treated as an urgent correction.

Correction Process

  1. Report: Submit the specific calculator URL and describe the calculation or text discrepancy to Abbas at [email protected].
  2. Verification: Formulas are verified directly against referenced building standards (ACI, IRC, ASTM, or manufacturer technical data sheets).
  3. Deployment: Validated fixes are deployed immediately to the calculator engines and test suites.
